Troy does great work at below-industry rates. What is not to love?!? Three years ago I was referred to Troy and Bluebird for waterproofing and foundation repair for my real estate clients. He is the go-to expert of many friends of mine in the real estate world and I've found Troy to be reliable, exceedingly professional, honest, hard-working, dependable and fair.When buyers of mine were under contract for a home with leaning walls and water in the basement, Troy provided easy solutions with lifetime guarantees at rates that none of his competitors could touch.When my own home had water intrusion he came over on a holiday (a holiday!!), looked behind a wall, traced the water's path and told me to invest in smooth down spouts at one gutter and extend it to 6 feet past my home. He said he would be shocked if I ever called him again for that issue. And I haven't had an issue since! When I asked him that day what I owed him he said noting-- that he provides free estimates and that was his estimate. 45 minutes of his time to save me a LOT of money and headache with a home built in 1890. Had to get a handful of helical piers installed for my garage foundation since it was sinking slowly due to soil conditions. Troy came out last year and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, definitely no salesman vibe like the bigger companies I talked to. I decided to hold off on the project last year and fix other issues to help the situation, but eventually decided to move forward this year, and Troy even honored last year's quote. His crew, led by Tyler, finished the project this week. They were all knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the week, answered all my questions, and provided depth logs and warranty documentation at the end. They also re-graded the lawn and put down grass seed after they backfilled the trenches they dug, thoroughly cleaned the work site, and helped relocate a swing set structure after they were all finished. Would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone dealing with foundation issues!

Had an Overwhelming water problem in my crawlspace. Troy came over and evaluated my situation and gave me recommendations that were fair and affordable. The owner of Bluebird CFW evaluated my peculiar water problem of high flow and sand in my B-Dry system. He was extremely concerned by the unusual condition and studied the sand, the indications of water seepage in the block wall, studied the B-Dry installation and the foundation cracks. I'm a retired engineer and he approached this like an engineer would, not like a salesman. He is proposing a plan to investigate the source of the high water flow by excavating part of the B-Dry piping looking for the root cause of the problem. I'm in agreement. He wants to solve the problem, not band-aid it.

Bottom line this company is made up of stand up people. If you’re looking for waterproofing don’t waste your time sifting through contractors or getting multiple bids, trust me. They sealed up a nasty crawl space, gave great customer service, and made sure my satisfaction was top priority. Their number one service is integrity therefore you can’t go wrong.

Bluebird worked at my home in October of this year to replace my central support beam and multiple support posts. I recently purchased my home in May of 2022 and it was built by my grandfather, so it was extremely important to me that this work be done at a high level of quality. Troy and his team were exceptionally professional, completed the work very quickly and educated me on the process as they worked. The work was completed, in my opinion, at a very high level of quality and the price that I was quoted and ultimately paid was significantly lower than other foundation companies that I called before reaching out to Bluebird. The team also cleaned every time they left my house. My house was literally cleaner on the days that they came to work than it is at any other time. Every individual that I spoke to in the office when I called was also incredibly professional and kind. I cannot recommend Troy and his team enough- if you are looking for foundation repair work, don't even bother calling anyone else. Save yourself the time and just call Bluebird.

Troy came out to give me estimates for several things we needed done at our lake house. While he was there, we went into the crawl space, he took over an hour on a weekend and fixed our sump pump issue while educating me at the same time. Just meeting me that day and not knowing if we were using his services, he wouldn't bill us for that time. With settling issues in the past, we needed 8 Helical Peers around the house and under a future deck, so we called Troy. His price was 2/3's of his competitor and he knew what he was doing, so we booked the installation dates. His team called to let me know their arrival time, prior to showing up on their scheduled day. I talked to his entire crew and all of them were very polite, professional and focused. They worked together as a team, I know, I was on the job site with them the first day. I don't trust many contractors, so I rarely leave them alone. Troy and his crew, different story. I left before they did on the first day, with confidence the job would meet my expectations. When the job was done 2 days later, his team called me. They let me know they cleaned up as much as they could, told me the details of each helical peer and how the entire project went. If you have a need for anything they do, definitely reach out, you won't be disappointed.

I have had issues with my basement flooding since I bought the house in 2015. There was no drainage system installed at this home. I was so distraught and very scared to invest in this basement.I just had this done in June and I regret not doing it sooner! This company is so kind and respectful. I’m kind of a pain with asking lots of questions. Every person I spoke to explained things I didn’t understand and were patient with me every step of the way.After they were done with the job they cleaned up after themselves. I didn’t have to cleanup anything. The work they did was just absolutely amazing.If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have been able to enjoy these storms without the worry of my basement flooding again.
