The owner of Bluebird CFW evaluated my peculiar water problem of high flow and sand in my B-Dry system. He was extremely concerned by the unusual condition and studied the sand, the indications of water seepage in the block wall, studied the B-Dry installation and the foundation cracks. I'm a retired engineer and he approached this like an engineer would, not like a salesman. He is proposing a plan to investigate the source of the high water flow by excavating part of the B-Dry piping looking for the root cause of the problem. I'm in agreement. He wants to solve the problem, not band-aid it.

Bluebird worked at my home in October of this year to replace my central support beam and multiple support posts. I recently purchased my home in May of 2022 and it was built by my grandfather, so it was extremely important to me that this work be done at a high level of quality. Troy and his team were exceptionally professional, completed the work very quickly and educated me on the process as they worked. The work was completed, in my opinion, at a very high level of quality and the price that I was quoted and ultimately paid was significantly lower than other foundation companies that I called before reaching out to Bluebird. The team also cleaned every time they left my house. My house was literally cleaner on the days that they came to work than it is at any other time. Every individual that I spoke to in the office when I called was also incredibly professional and kind. I cannot recommend Troy and his team enough- if you are looking for foundation repair work, don't even bother calling anyone else. Save yourself the time and just call Bluebird.

Troy came out to give me estimates for several things we needed done at our lake house. While he was there, we went into the crawl space, he took over an hour on a weekend and fixed our sump pump issue while educating me at the same time. Just meeting me that day and not knowing if we were using his services, he wouldn't bill us for that time. With settling issues in the past, we needed 8 Helical Peers around the house and under a future deck, so we called Troy. His price was 2/3's of his competitor and he knew what he was doing, so we booked the installation dates. His team called to let me know their arrival time, prior to showing up on their scheduled day. I talked to his entire crew and all of them were very polite, professional and focused. They worked together as a team, I know, I was on the job site with them the first day. I don't trust many contractors, so I rarely leave them alone. Troy and his crew, different story. I left before they did on the first day, with confidence the job would meet my expectations. When the job was done 2 days later, his team called me. They let me know they cleaned up as much as they could, told me the details of each helical peer and how the entire project went. If you have a need for anything they do, definitely reach out, you won't be disappointed.

He was quickly able to trace the issue to an area on the outside of the house and thoroughly explained how the water had entered. Troy and Carter came out to our place in Northville to install a drain in our Egress since my daughters bedroom flooded this summer. These guys truly care about the customer and doing the right thing. Troy started digging and discovered an existing drain. It was just covered with twenty years of clay that had hardened making it impossible to function properly. Troy took the time to clean the surrounding area, explain the process and then checked if the existing drain was functioning correctly. This was a $1600 job and Troy refused to take any money. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation or waterproofing work. The owner himself went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step and he was very involved and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Troy also helped me figure out some other issues as we went along that he very easily could have taken advantage of us and charged for things that had absolutely nothing to do with work he was there for but instead he took the extra time to troubleshoot my other issues and guide me in the right direction. He is extremely honest and He kept in touch through the whole process. He and his crew were phenomenal. I DID *NOT* HIRE THIS COMPANY!......And yet here I am giving a very heartfelt 5 star review (only because there aren't more than 5 stars!!). I have a leaking water problem in the ceiling of my main floor dining room. They do basements. Instead of telling me "we can't help", Troy actually asked to look at pics of my house, diagnosed the problem, and told me exactly what I needed, even though his company doesn't do that. He went WAY above and beyond, after KNOWING I wouldn't be hiring him because I needed a different service. That kind of INTEGRITY and CHARACTER is EXACTLY what I would want in a company! Troy and Carter came out to our place in Northville to install a drain in our Egress since my daughters bedroom flooded this summer. These guys truly care about the customer and doing the right thing. Troy started digging and discovered an existing drain. It was just covered with twenty years of clay that had hardened making it impossible to function properly. Troy took the time to clean the surrounding area, explain the process and then checked if the existing drain was functioning correctly. This was a $1600 job and Troy refused to take any money. He cares. Bluebird CFW you have a customer for life. To anyone out there who is on the fence it should really be a no brainer. Tracy was also a pleasure to deal with from the Office. Troy does great work at below-industry rates. What is not to love?!?Three years ago I was referred to Troy and Bluebird for waterproofing and foundation repair for my real estate clients. He is the go-to expert of many friends of mine in the real estate world and I've found Troy to be reliable, exceedingly professional, honest, hard-working, dependable and fair.When buyers of mine were under contract for a home with leaning walls and water in the basement, Troy provided easy solutions with lifetime guarantees at rates that none of his competitors could touch.When my own home had water intrusion he came over on a holiday (a holiday!!), looked behind a wall, traced the water's path and told me to invest in smooth down spouts at one gutter and extend it to 6 feet past my home. He said he would be shocked if I ever called him again for that issue. And I haven't had an issue since! When I asked him that day what I owed him he said noting-- that he provides free estimates and that was his estimate. 45 minutes of his time to save me a LOT of money and headache with a home built in 1890. I recently had the need for foundation and waterproofing work, I was lucky enough to experience the work done by Bluebird CFW. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation or waterproofing work. The owner himself went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step and he was very involved and not afraid to get his hands dirty. Troy also helped me figure out some other issues as we went along that he very easily could have taken advantage of us and charged for things that had absolutely nothing to do with work he was there for but instead he took the extra time to troubleshoot my other issues and guide me in the right direction. He is extremely honest and He kept in touch through the whole process. He and his crew were phenomenal. I’ve had several other companies come to the home to give me an estimate prior to finding Bluebird and not one of them went into the crawl space (where the issue was) they stood outside of it with a flashlight, but Troy went in right away to evaluate the issues. I can not say enough amazing things about Troy and his company. I have and will continue to recommend this company!

If you want a company that looks out for the customer then you want to work with Troy at Bluebird CFW - Foundation Repair & Waterproofing. Troy will work with you and provide you with the best option for your situation.I had Troy at Bluebird and Ram Jack to design and install a helical pile system to support a grade beam foundation. This was all done during Covid adding to the complexity and delays. But, Troy was great supporting the job and keeping his crew safe. Can't say enough about this company.

I DID *NOT* HIRE THIS COMPANY!......And yet here I am giving a very heartfelt 5 star review (only because there aren't more than 5 stars!!). I have a leaking water problem in the ceiling of my main floor dining room. They do basements. Instead of telling me "we can't help", Troy actually asked to look at pics of my house, diagnosed the problem, and told me exactly what I needed, even though his company doesn't do that. He went WAY above and beyond, after KNOWING I wouldn't be hiring him because I needed a different service. That kind of INTEGRITY and CHARACTER is EXACTLY what I would want in a company! I am sad it wasn't my basement leaking just so I could hire them! Thank you again, Troy! You are a great person!

I was thrilled to get excellent advice on how to deal with two different areas of basement moisture right before putting our house up for sale. The best part is that Troy did not charge for his expert advice. He said we could easily do it ourselves and there was no charge. 🤯He didn’t even mind me taking video of his detailed explanations for my husband to see.
